Everything was great, ideal hotel, the location was absolutely perfect close enough to restaurants and Denton for several years and all stores. The room was tidy and updated, included central heating, TV set and a microwave oven. The venue offered a the best and great breakfast with fruits and waffles, as for instance.

The staff was exceptionally nice and consistently courteous. They solved our problems immediately. We were given an exceptionally clean room with a couch and special products. The breakfast was warm and I truly enjoyed what was offered, like the sausage and bagels.

best western plus in lake dallas is a standout. amazing service, comfy beds, clean property. the breakfast buffet is plentiful with eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. the staff, especially mindy and maria, were friendly and helpful. the gm, dawn, was quick to solve any problem. second stay and even more delightful!
